How can we take a useful break?

  1 what you can do for breaks ·         Easy question you can listen to songs, dance, Singe songs, cooking, lifestyle, Read stories   2         what you can’t do for breaks  ·         See Facebook, play games, and watch movies,  Cartoons, and films.   3   what times do you want breaks     ·         You study for 2 hours and take a break is better. How can we spend useful day

 How can we spend useful day  Wakeup at 6.oo am or before that. Do exercise without being lazy. After that wash your face and brush your teeth very clean. If you do that well, you can study very fresh. Morning study you can do for 2 hours after that you can have you breakfast. Do not study soon after the breakfast. You can listen songs then study 2 hours for continuously. After study you can relax 30 minutes.  And study again 1 hour and again listen songs, drinking tea and anything you like for a 35 minutes and again study for 2 hours.
