01.30 pm - 2.30 pm : have a lunch

2.30 pm   - 3.00 pm break

3.00 pm-    5. 00 pm study

5.00pm -     6. 00 pm   lifestyle

6.00 pm -     7.00 pm   break

7.00 pm -     8.00 pm    have a denar

8. oo pm -    sleep
